Amy is a writer and director who technically lives in Los Angeles, but hasn’t fully accepted that fact.

Originally from the suburbs of Washington D.C., Amy grew up crushing it on the basketball court, being decent at soccer and making comedy videos about her dog, Pepper. Here are some more relevant tid bits about Amy:

Amy has directed shorts for College Humor (starring Amy Schumer), Funny or Die (starring Maria Bamford) and Above Average (starring Kate Mckinnon).

Amy’s award-winning web series, Little Horribles, was hailed as one of the top ten web series by Variety, screened at SXSW, won a Streamy Award for Best Indie Series and eventually sold as a half hour to TVLand.

Amy previously worked in politics. Her first job was following Anthony Weiner around New York with a video camera. She was a tracker. It was all very weird.

Amy is currently developing a pilot at HBO that draws from her experience navigating the world as a not especially “hot woman.”

Amy wrote, directed and starred in the IFC series, Boxed In, which premiered at the 2016 Upfronts and is the first digital series to be integrated into IFC’s on-air programming.

Amy is down with the tweens. She directed FOURSOME, a six-episode half hour series for Awesomeness TV and YouTube Red that was recently renewed for a second, ten-episode, season.
